We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck. This page says exactly when you get your money back.
The short version
If the service did not do what we said it would, tell us within 30 days at billing@e2ailabs.com and we will refund you. No form to fill in, no restocking fee.
Subscriptions
- Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing billing@e2ailabs.com. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
- First billing period: full refund within 14 days of your first charge, for any reason.
- Renewals: if you were charged for a renewal you did not want and you have not meaningfully used the service in that period, email us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it.
- We do not pro-rate a partial month on cancellation, because you keep access until the period ends.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We do not issue store credit instead of a refund unless you ask for it.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. A chargeback costs us a fee and freezes the conversation; almost every case is faster to solve directly. We are not trying to talk you out of your rights — just out of the slow path.
