This policy explains what E2 AI Labs collects when you use e2ailabs.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can require us to do about it. E2 AI Labs is operated by Eric Erickson, a sole proprietorship based in California.
What we collect
We collect only what the service actually needs to work:
- Information you give us. Your email address, and any name or business details you enter. If you create an account, the credentials used to sign in.
- Payment information. Handled entirely by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers and we cannot see them. We receive only a confirmation, the last four digits, and the amount.
- Content you submit. Business information and call data you provide.
- Technical information. IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, recorded automatically by our hosting provider in standard server logs.
What we do not collect
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not buy profiles about you from data brokers, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Marketing email
We send business-to-business outreach email. Every message identifies who sent it, carries our postal address, and includes a working one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is honoured within 10 business days and permanently — we do not re-add addresses that have opted out. To opt out of all outreach immediately, email privacy@e2ailabs.com.
Why we are allowed to use it
We use your information to deliver the service you asked for, to take payment, to answer your support messages, to keep the service secure, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, compliance with a legal obligation, and consent where we ask for it.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers. Each receives only what it needs, and none of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes:

We will also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it. If we ever receive such a demand we will tell you unless we are legally barred from doing so.
How long we keep it
- Account and contact records — for as long as you have an account, then up to 12 months after you close it.
- Business information and call data you provide — retained while your account is active so you can re-download your work. Deleted within 30 days of the earlier of your deletion request or account closure.
- Payment and invoice records — seven years, because tax law requires it. This is the one category we cannot delete on request.
- Server logs — typically 30 days.
Your rights in California
The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents the right to know what personal information we hold, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the other rights are real and you can exercise them by emailing privacy@e2ailabs.com.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights: no worse pricing, no degraded service. You may use an authorised agent; we will ask for proof that you authorised them.
Your rights elsewhere
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your national data protection authority. Our servers are in the United States, so using the service involves transferring your information there.
How we respond
Email privacy@e2ailabs.com. We will acknowledge within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days. If we need longer we will tell you why before that deadline passes. We will verify your identity first, in proportion to how sensitive the request is.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Access to production systems is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email privacy@e2ailabs.com and we will delete it.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking essential cookies in your browser may stop parts of the site working.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects your rights, tell you by email before it takes effect.
