This policy sets out what you may not do with E2 AI Labs. It is part of our terms of service. We keep it short and specific so there is no guessing.

- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS or calls, or any messaging that violates CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, or equivalent rules where your recipients are.
- Impersonate a real person or organisation, or make an AI agent claim to be a human when directly asked.
- Generate or distribute material that harasses, defames, or sexualises minors.
- Attempt to extract credentials, payment details or personal information under false pretences.

If your assistant handles calls or messages
California is a two-party consent state for call recording. If you configure the service to record or transcribe calls, you are responsible for disclosing that to callers and obtaining the consent the law requires in every jurisdiction you operate in. We give you the tools to disclose it; whether you actually do is on you, and it is not a small matter — statutory damages under California Penal Code §632 are real.
You are also responsible for making clear, where required, that a caller is speaking with an automated system.
Enforcement
If we believe you are violating this policy we may suspend or terminate your access. Where the violation is not serious or unlawful we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it. Where there is an active risk to other people, we act first and explain after.
